I can't believe how hot it was today!! I mean, we had a nice weekend, but when I stepped outside today I couldn't believe how humid and steamy it was!! I think we're in for a hot summer... so happy our place has good AC!
We had a great weekend... We went out for dinner and some drinks Saturday night, went to Newport on Sunday, and yesterday I worked and went to a cookout at my boyfriend's sister's house. Kyla was with her dad for the weekend... She saw her cousin Jackie and they went fishing. She caught some fish, she was so excited. Apparenlty she was scaring her (older) cousin with worms. EW!
I watched the Dina Lohan and Denise Richards shows last night on E! I'm hooked. They are so cheesy, but it's just interesting to see what really goes on. Do these people really think we believe they're any different from what they actually are? I mean Dina was talking all about Ali's "talent" and saying how she's an "artist"... as if. Really. It's so lame. Exactly what I assumed. And she was so bitchy on the phone! Denise is pretty annoying with the pet PIGS she's all over... She seems to pay more attention to the pigs than she does to her kids, but maybe it's because she doesn't want to over-exploit the kids on TV... I don't know. I'll definitely be watching... 'til I get bored.
I watched the Idols on CNN the other night too... Larry King gave David Cook a pair of his suspenders... It was bizarre. You can tell David Cook is just overwhelmed with all of this and is trying to be as humble as possible, it's cute.
