Seriously my little home skillet 4 year old asked me if she could get a toy between 10 and 80 bucks at Target!! When the babysitter got to our house tonight she said she had to go to do some errands at Target, so Kyla comes up to me and asks if she can spend 80 dollars on a toy. EIGHTY BUCKS!!! SHE IS FOUR!!! I said no, you get nothing... She honestly hasn't been all that sweet lately, I don't know what her deal is, but every day after summer camp she's been super moody!!! She needed water shoes so I had Kalynn get some for her, and we are low on AJ so she grabbed that for us too, but no toys. Enough is enough!!
So we have an official moving date... and it's sooner than I wanted, but we're getting it over with. I am excited for the new house but moving is always a pain... At least this time we're just packing one house to move to another house, and it's a bigger place, last time we moved 2 places into one... and one of the places we moved was 3x the size of the place we were moving into! Does that make sense? Well, now we have a big house again... hooray, I get to clean 4 freaking toilets. I can't wait!!
I was just reading in Cosmo that the average amount of time it takes a man to propose is 3 years, 6 months, and 20 hours... how on earth they calculated the hours I have no idea, but that's what the average is... So my boyfriend and I are right on track - almost 3 years and no proposal. He's got 8 months before he's treating me as less than average I guess. Actually, we don't have money or time to plan a wedding right now so I am not all that concerned about it... We have too much other stuff going on!!
Allrighty I think that's all for now... I have to do some other stuff here and then go home and get some sleep - we have to go shopping tomorrow for a wedding gift for our friend and I have to get a dress to wear to the wedding... Then tomorrow at 4 I'll be at the Pour House for the Rock the Block party... then work... Kyla is sleeping over my friend's house - she has 2 little kids and she's so excited to have her over... And when I told Kyla she was having a sleep over she asked if she could sleep over 2 nights! I am so lucky I have a well-adjusted easygoing kid... Now if she would just stop running around like a maniac and getting booboos!!!
