We had a GREAT weekend... it was SO HOT at The Wiggles meet & greet/show on Saturday but the kids loved it... We had a good group and I took TONS of pictures... Craig's nephew Willie was so excited, he is obsessed with The Wiggles. They were nice... We went to the meet & greet early in the morning and then walked around the park for a while, did some rides, and then went to The Grove where the concert was. We had VIP passes so we were right up front... it was SO HOT and I'm stupid, I wore jean capris, so I had to get some shorts at one of the gift stores... I ended up getting a pair of Guinness shorts - for my man, he loves his Irish Stout.
We are moving soon... end of July, hopefully... so at least we have some time. Our new place is ginormous - I actually think it's too big for us, but we want a lease to purchase option and most people just want to sell their places right now... I love the house, I just don't want to CLEAN IT!!! It has a nice big yard, huge master bedroom suite, enormous hot tub - the owners told us their kids had hot tub parties with their friends in it more than they actually used it... They are really nice people too, no shady business like the dirtbag who owned the place we're in now... and I stress the word OWNED because as of Friday it ain' his anymore!! His wife sent me a Facebook message that said "Happy Moving!" I came very close to losing my mind but it's not worth it... We're actually going to try to buy the place dirt cheap and sell it... so we'll see what happens. I am irritated that we have to deal with moving in the middle of this busy summer but whatever... First order of business will be a swingset for Kyla so she can play in the yard!!
Nothing else is up. This weekend we're having a huge tag sale in Tolland at Craig's sister's house... so I have tons of clothes and toys to go through over the next few days. Hopefully we can make some money to get some stuff for our new place. Kyla wants her bathroom to be Hello Kitty - LIKE MARIAH CAREY!!
We went to Target today to get her stuff for summer camp which starts next week... In the info sheet I just got in the mail they recommend that girls wear 2 piece bathing suits... I'm thinking WHY??? Then it hit me - it's much easier to go to the bathroom when you have a 2 piece on instead of having to take the whole one piece off... so we got her some bikinis, a sundress, some shorts and tops, etc... I love Target clothes, cute and super cheap!! Shorts are 4 bucks shirts are 3 bucks! We had to get her an insulated lunchbox - she picked Hello Kitty, some water shoes - but they didn't have her size in ANY color so we have to keep looking... and I think that's it... She's excited. I'm hoping she'll meet some cool kids with cool moms that I can hang with.
Aight I think that's all I got for now... I have so much on my mind... it's crazy!! Just too much to do. If only I didn't require sleep I could get everything done that I need to do each day!
