Monday, August 4 - Brooke Knows Best is THE WORST!!!
I think Brooke Knows Best is the absolute WORST show on TV right now!!!!!!! IT is SO phony and stupid... I can't believe they actually went through with putting it on the air... and the saddest thing to consider is that they filmed her pretty much non-stop for months and the BEST stuff they could come up with is the stupidity that is the show. She was on the beach and she TOTALLY showed her bare arse, which isn't bad looking but it was still nasty... then she went up to these surfers and the conversation was so fake - it wasn't "reality TV" it was "bad acting" on everyone's part - including Brooke... then of course the hot surfer dudes who said "are you Brooke Hogan like Hulk Hogan's daughter" and she's like "uh-huh!" LAME!!! Then they showed up at her South Beach penthouse party ... but Brooke was too busy being a whiner in her bedroom over some "boy" and her token gay friend in the show kept saying "serial" instead of "serious" and it was just STUPID... obnoxious... so bad that I got that uncomfortable embarrassed for them even though they're on TV feeling... Absolute suckiness!!! Iactually liked Hogan Knows Best, but her show is the epitome of dumb blonde foolishness... Bad bad bad. That family has gone from pretty cool to totally lame... not to mention the fact that Brooke apparently recently judged a "HOT BODY" contest in which her DAD WAS A CONTESTENT. WHO DOES THAT????????
So what else... We spent the weekend in Newport. I went to the beach with Kyla and our friends and their kids yesterday, laid out on the beach in the sun for over 2 hours, and barely got an ounce of color... I was hoping to at least get something... nope. Nonetheless I rocked my new pink VS sundress anyway... they have the best most comfy sundresses!!! I have 3. I love them!!!
Still no sign of the new CPKs here in town but I haven't really looked... I need to grocery shop tomorrow, and I get most of my groceries at WalMart or Target now because their prices on most stuff are just BETTER... Lean Cuisines are up to $1 cheaper EACH than at the grocery store... Kid's yogurts are much cheaper, everything is!!! Then for veggies and fruits and fresh meat we go to the grocery store... Seriously, I mean serial (haha) you should try shopping WalMart and Target for your groceries first if you don't already. Just a little tip from me to you :)
How about poor Morgan Freeman in that car accident!! It is the CURSE OF THE DARK KNIGHT!! OMG I AM USING WAY TOO MANY EXCLAMATION POINTS IN THIS POST!!! Cereal, Heath Ledger dies... Christian Bale gets in legal trouble and clearly has some family drama, and now Morgan Freeman "seriously injured"... it sounds at this point like he is going to be OK, but if I had anything to do with that film I'd be a little freaked out right now...
Of course now there's this insanity with Mary Kate Olsen refusing to answer questions unless she's "granted immunity" so I wonder what that is all about...
And we got a text message earlier saying that Bernie Mac was dead... it's just a vicious rumor, he's got pneumonia but is apparently responding quite well to treatment and is going to be released from the hospital soon...
I think that's all I got for now. We had a great weekend... 'til my car broke down... so we had to leave it in RI to get it fixed and go get it later this week. GOOOOOD TIMES!! Luckily our good friend Bobby Bubbles was on his way back to CT this afternoon too so we just made it in time for me to get to work... and when I say JUST MADE IT, I mean without a minute to spare! Then my sweetie and my baby went to get Subway for dinner and brought it back to me so we had a family dinner in the TIC studio a little while ago.
